Vision is a word that evokes a variety of different meanings to people today. It seems that anyone who has creative ideas is considered by some to be a visionary leader. I’m not sure that vision and creativity amount to the same thing. From a Biblical perspective I don’t believe vision originates in the mind of man, but in the heart of God. A vision may take the shape of an idea or a strategy from God but it finds its way into a leader’s heart.

Ephesians 4:16

From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.
